The Pentagon sends Blue Book chief Maj. Hector Quintanilla to Richmond, Virginia, on a debunking tour. Stressing delusions and hoaxes, he tells reporters that not a single UFO report is genuine. His press display includes false UFO photos etc. “I am a facts man,” Quintanilla says. “I cannot explain why people want to see UFOs.”
