In Berlin, as in cities around the world, there’s a simple set of rules for “urban explorers”—people who seek out abandoned World War II sites, empty Cold War military installations, crumbling factories and the like. Don’t vandalize. Don’t destroy things. Don’t steal, and never, ever give away the address.
