Calls for calm were needed in Parliament this week when the Richard III row between Leicester and York was re-ignited.The speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow called for restraint on Tuesday during a debate about the final resting place of Richard III.Cardiff West MP Kevin Brennan was heard to shout: “A hearse, a hearse, my kingdom for a hearse!”
