The first poster for Kevin Smith’s body horror Tusk has appeared and it’s fantastic.The new artwork via Bloody Disgusting is a great teaser for Smith’s indie horror about “a man Justin Long who is surgically turned into a walrus by a mysterious seafarer Michael Parks.”
