The last time the Google Street View car visited Ohio, it captured a creepy image of what appears to be a ghostly figure in a house near the Ohio State Reformatory. The houses in the area were originally homes for prison guards and the Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society announced on Monday that they plan to obtain the run-down property to use as a lodging house for ghost hunters that investigate the prison.
