After several film adaptations, Capcom’s famous video game franchise could soon be made into a TV series to be titled “Arklay.”TV and film distribution company Mance Media revealed a pitch for the new drama developed by Shawn Christopher Lebert, which it hopes to bring to the airwaves in 2015.
