A man suspected of taking First and Second World War munitions from heritage sites posted pictures on Facebook of him dressed in full army fatigues while holding a machine gun, it has emerged.
Daniel Mackay, 35, was arrested on suspicion of theft from heritage sites today, after police found historic weapons in his home in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
The find followed an operation yesterday which uncovered a cache of guns, ammunition and grenades at the home of Alan Tissington in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
