Groundbreaking comics writer Alan Moore has teamed with a group of fellow creators to create a digital comic reading and creation platform.

“Not so much pushing the envelope of comic book storytelling as folding it up to make a nice hat.”

That’s the quirky and humble description the creators of Electricomics give to their new cross-media start-up. The new app will be both a source of stories crafted by Moore and others, and a tool to assist other budding creators in making their own comics.
